Polka Dot & Pearl Dress: c/o Pretty Little Thing*
Sunglasses: Tom Ford
Willow Bag: Mulberry
Sandals: From Past Travels
Bracelets: Pandora & Links Of London
Ring: Astley Clarke
I feel incredibly proud of England right now, the weather has finally got it's act together making way for al fresco blogging, lolly devouring and BBQ's galore - oh and not forgetting that, Andy Murray won Wimbledon! I'm no tennis boff but why wouldn't you tune in when my new hair icon Kim Sears is around, I audibly swoon every time I see that lady's immaculate hair, no joke.

Tennis aside one of the main reasons I'm so thankful for this glorious sunshine is being finally able to rock some Summery wares including this dress which was kindly gifted to me by the lovely folk at Pretty Little Thing back in AprilMy mum would call this a picnic dress and rightly so, I can imagine this looking spot on (too far?) accessorised with a gingham blanket and a wicker basket brimming with edible treats. Sadly I didn't wear this to a picnic but furniture shopping purchasing at the wonderful Red Brick Mill on Sunday. The thing I love most about this dress (and no it's not that it's a shirt dress although I do enjoy this greatly) is how versatile it is, it's the kind of dress I could wear to work, go shopping in or even one for Sunday lunch with the in-laws.

Keeping the focus on my wear-to-anywhere dress I channelled the fifties vibe and added my huge Tom Ford sunnies, a pair of criss cross cream gladiator sandals which I found lurking in the wardrobe *makes mental note to tidy said wardrobe*, a few friendship style bracelets and my bag of the moment, Willow - did you know Kim Sears has a penchant for Mulberry arm candy? I think I'm obsessed. Completing the look is one messy up do which secretly says I-can't-cope-with-my-sun-down-in-this-weather.

Tonight I'll be spending my balmy evening outside, laptop on knee and old fashioned lemonade in hand while I peruse my new favourite website, Stylight - think a dinner party with a few of your favourite bloggers and the peeps at Pinterest and you wouldn't be far off. I've been loving putting together my blogging looks and getting inspiration from the lovely members from all over the World, as well as taking some serious style notes. You can even buy clothing and accessories straight from your favourite fashion mood boards, someone hide my Paypal password pronto.

What outfit are you thrilled to be wearing since the arrival of the sun? Do you have a wear-to-anywhere dress?
*This dress was gifted to me by Pretty Little Thing.

Lazy Sunday Afternoon

Dress: Warehouse
Denim Shirt: Topshop
Sandals: Oasis courtesy of my mum
Necklace: Warehouse
Bracelets: Pandora, H&M and Henri Bendel
Ring: Pandora

Happy Sunday guys! Hope everyone has had as lovely a weekend as I have- mine has been the ultimate in laidback-ness. Saturday began surprisingly early as I made a quick dash to the Apple shop in hope of getting my iPhone screen fixed. If you don't follow me on Twitter I managed to shatter my screen on Friday night and I hadn't even been drinking! I am such a clumsy person and I'm forever dropping my phone but sadly this was the time it decided to break.

Annoyingly there's nothing they can do unless I would like to part with 110 of my fine English pounds so in order to console myself I popped next door to Zara and spent a mere £29.95 on a new shirt, all I'll say is there's denim and an animal print. No doubt it will be popping up in an OOTD post very soon. This quick shopping trip was followed by a cheeky full English in Relish with my mum before we headed back to mine and the boys flat to make a start on packing- in just two weeks time we're moving back to my folks to save for a mortgage deposit....too exciting!

These pictures were taken at my parentals abode as we had a lovely afternoon spread in celebration of my dads birthday (Happy Birthday Dad!)- as you can see mine & my mums Westie Nelson made his blog debut above. The floral print dress I'm wearing is incredibly easy to wear, albeit a little short and has a cute cut out detail in the back. My denim shirt is a great alternative to a cardigan and just toughens up the girly-ness of the dress whilst keeping me at an ambient temperature- there's been sunshine and rain in Sheffield today. As usual for me, I'm wearing minimal accessories except for my chunky gold bar necklace. Finishing the outfit are my mums silver gladiator sandals, which I wish were mine....maybe I'll be able to sneak them to the flat, hmmmm.

What have you been wearing on this lazy Sunday afternoon? If you enjoy my blog then please follow me over on the right hand side to keep up to date with all my posts. Once I hit 50 followers, there will be a giveaway!
