Men are notoriously difficult to buy for- fact! Whether it's their birthday or buying them a Christmas present I always find myself buying for all the females in my friends and family circle before even considering the men, it's far too exhausting (a mad dash round Boots just doesn't cut it!) Plus my brain has to work twice as hard come Christmas as not only do I have to buy Christmas gifts but birthday presents for two of my favourite guys- my boyfriend and my brother who both have birthdays within a week of Christmas...I need a rest just thinking about it. If you too find yourself fretting when it comes to gifting for men then have no fear, Cagney's Christmas Gift Guide For Him is here.
1. Jamie's 15 Minute Meals £11.99- Whether he's the next Heston Blumenthal or a real disaster in the kitchen the latest offering from Jamie Pukka Oliver is bound to please, super simple yet tasty recipes which can be made in fifteen (ish) minutes. A no brainer stocking filler or perfect for a student.
2. Skull Money Box £15- Encouraging the boy to get saving or sick of seeing all his loose change all over the kitchen side? Hide it all away in this stylish alternative to a piggy bank or hide a pair of number 6's gift idea inside.
3. Mini iPad £269- THE most expensive item on my Christmas gift guide but so worth it in my humble opinion. Girl or guy, who wouldn't be chuffed to open one of these on Christmas morning? This bad boy would definitely buy you some serious brownie points and maybe even a shop around the Christmas sales. Have it engraved on-line for that personal touch.
4. Whoop Ass Hot Sauce Set £14.40- For the wannabe chef or spicy food lover try this set of manly sauces- with flavours from Hickory Heat to Chipotle Fire this set looks just as good on the outside as they taste on the inside.
5. Wooden Monopoly Set £28.80- Perfection for the board game geek- I hold my hand up to this one! A classic game with a vintage look, crack out the tortilla chips and whoop ass hot sauce and you've got yourself a night in....rock & roll.
6. Tickets- I'm a huge fan of giving tickets at Christmas (or birthdays) whether it's to see their favourite band, comedian or sports related activity. I love buying them in different cities too so it's something to look forward to plus you can plan a lil mini break around it....unless it's for your dad!
7. Paul Smith Toothbrush £11- Paul Smith and toothbrush, bet you never thought you'd see those two words in the same sentence. A super cute stocking filler for the avid traveller or maybe one to keep at yours? Mywardrobe.com have a great selection of gifts for men and there's 30% off with the code EARLYBIRD30....maybe you can stretch to the Paul Smith wash bag too?
8. Touch Screen Gloves £8- If you've seen my post showing you everything I'm lusting after this Christmas you'll know I'm a little obsessed with these... you never need to remove your gloves again to call, text or tweet from your touch screen phone. Amaze!
9. Audiobot Speaker £20- Not only is this little guy super cute but it's ideal for all those technology loving men out there, this mini portable speaker can connect to any mp3 player or mobile phone. Impromptu parties hear (get it?) we come!
10. Fairisle Crew Neck £22.50, 12. Stag Christmas Beanie £12 & 13. Burgundy Snowflake Jumper £38- Make sure he's warm and snuggly this Christmas with these festive looking jumpers, who doesn't want to rock the his 'n' hers Christmas jumper look over the holiday period? If a festive jumpers a step too far then go for a cosy beanie instead.
11. Kiehls Facial Fuel Collection £47.50- Improve his morning routine with these goodies from American brand Kiehls- this may just stop him from pinching your moisturiser. Buy this set from Space NK and you'll get complimentary gift wrapping and loyalty points too...my kind of shopping.
I hope my gift guide has helped those creative juices flow! If you've still got Christmas shopping left to do for the ladies then take a look at my Christmas gift guides- 1 and 2.
