I can't actually believe how beautiful the weather is today to say it's an Octobers day- I hope you're all outside enjoying yourselves in this lovely sunshine, searching for conkers and kicking through rusty coloured leaves (what a child I am at heart!) I've had a very chilled out day so far, I've spent the morning popping a few bits on eBay- my seller name is redhana26 if you want to have a butchers and then I went with the parentals to a local street market and sampled a few culinary delights while the boy was off burning my calories (wishful thinking) at football. This afternoon the boy & I are off to his parents for a huge Sunday dinner- portion control is not something they know well and we'll probably try and squeeze in a pudding after walking the dog.

This is actually what I wore yesterday- I was still made up with cold so even though it was sunny in Sheffield I wrapped up warm in my yeti style gillet. It certainly knows how to bulk me out but I think the thin belt pulls the outfit together nicely whilst showing that I actually have a waist under all the fur. I teamed the gillet with a simple oatmeal sweatshirt which has a picture of a moose on it- in keeping with my love of animal print clothing. Yesterday was another chilled out day for me although I did pop out and run a few errands in the morning- these type of weekends are becoming quite frequent for me in the quest to save mula but I'm definitely not complaining.
