*Sounds klaxon* say hello to the new look Cagney & Lace, you dig it just as much as me right? The amazing Pipdig has managed to weave his blog makeover magic and I couldn't be happier. You'll notice my beautiful header image (designed by the wonderful Abby) still stands proud but is now complimented by a pastel watercolour background and a fresh, streamlined layout. For me it's the perfect balance between clean and lived in, just how I wish my bedroom would look.
For our catch up I insist you pour yourself a cup of coffee and here is where I should make a confession. I'm a bit of a coffee snob and don't do instant, preferring to get my latte fix at independents or if in doubt, Costa - that is until I gave Beanies* a bash and boy am I impressed. For once it's not just the smell that's sweet but the taste too, rich and aromatic while possessing just that cheeky hint of flavour. I've mixed things up and made my cup of joe iced but I promise these taste just as good piping hot as they do cold. If double chocolate and vanilla aren't your bag then guess what, amaretto and gingerbread might be *heart eyed emoji*.
Now unless you hop around these parts with your eyes firmly closed you'll know that nearly six weeks ago I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl (saying that will never get old) well six weeks in and I'm slowly getting into a routine that goes something like feed, change, sleep, repeat so I've started to think about weddings and ours in particular! Craig and I will be saying I will in April 2016 so I'm already thinking hen parties, venue decorations, musical entertainment (any suggestions?) and transportation. Talking of weddings this weekend we're off to see my friends become Mr and Mrs Wilson which means an outfit post may just be on the cards. I'm missing posting outfit of the days like crazy but can highly recommend a brand new blog by my friend Scarlett where you will definitely get a fashion fix.
Now I'm off to drink a coffee, if only I could decide on a flavour...

Awww this post was so lovely! It was so cute and cosy, and I'm the same! Can't bear instant coffee unless it's flavoured :) currently addicted to the caramel flavoured variety, not quite the same as Costa but still pretty good! I'm so happy to hear about your baby and exciting wedding news! That's so great! Looking forward to all wedding planning posts! <3
