If they sold wrist bands saying What Would Alexa Do I think I'd own one. The epitome of laid back, couldn't give a .... chic Alexa Chung is a style pin up to most twenty somethings so when her collab hit with AG Jeans every gal obsessed with her style was salivating over that denim dress, which was unsurprisingly an instant sell out. Thankfully those babes at Miss Selfridge introduced a dupe at a fraction of the price but that quickly disappeared too so here I am with a dupe of a dupe, thank you for answering my denim shaped prayers Topshop. Now before you ask this isn't maternity - my latest styling trick is to buy one size bigger than I usual as I'm so uninspired by the maternity ranges out there. Paired with freshly washed, wind swept hair, leopard print brogues and my khaki mac I like to think this is the kind of outfit Miss Chung would don herself should she ever be pregnant. I cannot get enough of the seventies revival right now and while I may not be able to sport a suede mini anytime soon (sobs) I have my eyes placed firmly on a pair of dungarees.

 This week has been a real mish mash, I've visited the Titanic Spa in Huddersfield with my mum for an early Mothers Day treat (these snaps were taken on our balcony), I've journeyed to London with Craig to finally order our sofa (blog post coming soon) and we've found our wedding cake supplier. Things might sound pretty swish but I can promise you it hasn't all been so glam - I've also been painting our fence, turning up to hair appointments on the wrong day and spilling a blender full of scolding homemade soup down myself. At least there's never a dull moment with baby brain Hannah around. Tomorrow we've got friends coming for dinner (must stay clear of the blender) and we're going on a cot hunt although I think the Stokke Sleepi may have won my heart.
