September was the month I became a terrible blogger *slaps wrist* - since the boy and I put down roots life has become a juggling act and blogging is the ball I keep dropping, damn it! I know most ladies are in exactly the same boat and as much as I wouldn't change owning my own home for the world it's taking me a little longer than anticipated to get into a routine so please do bear with. In other news, a personal highlight for me this month has been finally completing two of our bedrooms, there's been blood, sweat and tears but it's certainly been worth it and I'm starting to feel house proud, see I have been busy. 

 September Favourites - This month beauty has revolved around the barnet - FYI I have incredibly thick, wavy and unruly hair. Add in the fact that I colour my locks and it can all get a bit too much with the boy often saying 'your hair looks a bit frizzy Han' (thanks babe) so who'd of thought after twenty five years I'd finally crack it with the winning combination of Pureology Essential Repair Shampoo and Tresemme Platinum Strength Deep Conditioning Treatment, what a mouthful. This dream team has been keeping my hair in tip top condition and I've even got shine and manageable waves on the first day of washing, what a result.

My non beauty shout out of the month has got to go to this little number from H&M - it's got a cute print, a fabulous price tag and looks fetching with everything from bare legs and heeled sandals to black opaques and ankle boots. Well played H&M, now if only you can sort out your on-line delivery times...

Favourite You Tube Video - A good little watch this month was Pixi Woo's Body Talk with the stylish Electric Formosa, a lady who always looks effortlessly fabulous but who I knew little about. If you fancy picking up a few ensemble tips or just want to eye up the Pixi Woo sisters impeccable make-up then this video is for you. Another one to watch has got to be Zoellas Autumn Winter Fashion Haul, just remember to view with paper and pen in hand, you're going to be making a seriously long shopping wish list.

Lusting After - Autumn is officially here and I've found myself doing something I do each season, looking in my wardrobe and feeling truly uninspired, wondering why I don't have the whole of Topshops new collection in my life? For me their Autumn Winter offering encompasses everything I adore from fluffy pastel sweaters to metallic yet ladylike skirts, not forgetting some of the best faux fur around. In conclusion the mix of textures they have going on this season is to die for. Topshop, you did good, anticipate the arrival of a cheeky haul on Cagney and Lace very soon.
