One thing I've found myself seriously looking forward to these past few evenings is a good bathing-sesh. The boy and I have finally been getting down to business in the home improvement department - I'm talking steaming off wallpaper, painting bedrooms and a bathroom, not forgetting a good ol' bit of DIY so there's really nothing more enjoyable right now than washing the paint day away and rounding it all off with a serious dose of moisturisation.
My pick of the body butter crop? Well after having a things-got-serious love affair with Soap and Glory I've found myself taking a mistress in the form of Body Shops Vineyard Peach Body Butter*. If you love a real thick, luxurious body moisturiser that sinks quickly into your skin then you've come to the right place. I've long been a fan of the Body Shop body butters but must say the limited edition Vineyard Peach scent is like no other I've ever smelt before. Picking up a few peaches of my own for todays shot I can confirm that this dreamy butter smells just like freshly picked peaches which is a seriously divine, almost holiday-esque scent. If sweet fruity scents aren't your thang then this probably isn't the one for you but I can't get enough of it and have even found myself slathering on more body butter than usual.
The Limited Edition Vineyard Peach Body Butter is priced at £13 but keep your eyes peeled for offers as Body Shop are constantly running promos - I picked the boys skincare prods up last weekend and got 50% off!
Have you ever tried a Body Shop body butter before? Which is your fave?

*PR sample, all thoughts my own.

I've never tried the peach version of the cult body butters, but my god does this sound yummy. I'm slightly obsessed with the coconut version of this stuff though.

It really is Anya, it's one of those that you smother on and don't stop smelling! I've never really been one for coconut but one of my besties loves that one.
DeleteOh I do love a body butter! So much more luxurious than a lotion.

DeleteAhhh this baby sounds right up my street, I have the mango one and absolutely love it. The Body Shop Body Butters are the most amazing this for dry skin :)

I couldn't agree more Claire, nothing sorts my skin out like a Body Shop butter! I'm not a fan of eating mangoes but I must say I love the body butter :)
Deletethe body shop body butters are my favorite! I have a ton! my favorite is the satsuma, it smells absolutely amazing!!

You'd love this one Allison then if you're a fan of satsuma, vineyard peach has a slightly stronger scent compared to satsuma.
DeleteThese are my absolute favorite! The mango and strawberry body butters are my favorite- they are even delicious mixed together :-)

Ooooh what a great tip, I've never thought to mix two body butters together - I'll definitely be giving that a whirl!
